Welcome to Series 1 of 'The Switch Off', with Angela Holmes.
Series 1 is all about the theme 'New beginnings', and each episode will feature a different thought topic relating to something new. A new experience, a new challenge, or, the theme for Episode 1 - a New Year.
2023 might already be under way, but at the start of every year, we can all feel a sense of anticipation - or indeed, anxiety - for the year ahead. However you're feeling, whatever month it might be, I'm hoping this will help you find some rest and repose, so you can wake up tomorrow feeling at peace, and maybe even hopeful, for the year ahead.
