In this episode: Nina joins us (Julianne's sister/Donna's daughter) We ask Nina what it was like to be the child of an addict. We get into traumatic experiences and memories and discuss how they inform our trauma responses today. We talk about ancestral trauma and triggers and even ways to replay the memories and rewrite the script. We learn some things about my mother and father that we never knew!
