In this episode, we’ll be hearing from two people who took part in the Manufacturing Summer Skill Up led by LEAD Training and AMIP last June. We interviewed Colton Reese, who works at Pioneer Cladding & Glazing Systems, and Dominic Johnson, who works at GMi Companies. Riley O’Grady, the Executive Director at LEAD training, starts us off by explaining her organization’s background and how the Good Jobs Challenge Summer Skill Up program works.
