  • Reunion Roadmap Midrash: Perception vs. Reality
    Jun 24 2026

    Is reality based on our perceptions, or is it the other way around? What do we do when our perceptions and reality don't line up? These are important questions - especially when our perceptions and God's reality seem to be at odds. That's the point of this conversation with Barry Phillips and David Jones.

  • Bob O'Dell: The Echoes Bible, part 1
    Jun 22 2026

    Even a casual reader of the New Testament notices that the writers refer to passages from the Old Testament, or Tanakh. That means Paul and his contemporaries were aware of what Moses and the Prophets wrote, but did they have a deeper purpose and pattern in their writing that goes beyond simple quotations and references?

    This is the line of thinking that motivated Bob O’Dell and his colleagues to look for patterns, or echoes, from the Torah in the Gospels and Epistles of the Apostolic Writings. What they found is astounding: the New Testament books precisely mirror, or echo, the books of the Torah! Whether this was intentional on the part of the apostolic authors, or divine guidance from the Holy Spirit, the patterns are clearly identifiable.

    The result of all this is publication of The Echoes Bible, a series of volumes pairing books of the Torah with the echoing books from the Apostolic Writings. In this five-part interview, Bob tells us the story of The Echoes Bible, and takes us into an investigation of the echoes of Leviticus that Paul built into Romans. This is just a sample of the many treasures opening up through this new lens of looking at scripture!

    There are currently three volumes of The Echoes Bible in print: Leviticus & Romans, Numbers & 1 Corinthians, and Deuteronomy & 2 Corinthians. More are on the way! To learn more and to purchase The Echoes Bible volumes, visit https://www.echoesbible.com/.

  • Israel Connections: Tzefaniah Pappas - Ephraim, Judah, and Jealousy
    May 6 2026

    One of the items to be addressed in the Messianic age is the enmity between Christians and Jews. These are the two halves of God’s Covenant People of Israel, identifiable in scripture as Ephraim and Judah. Isaiah tells us what their reconciliation will look like:

    The jealousy of Ephraim shall depart,
    and those who harass Judah shall be cut off;
    Ephraim shall not be jealous of Judah,
    and Judah shall not harass Ephraim.
    Isaiah 11:13 ESV

    Isaiah doesn’t tell us exactly how this will happen, which is why it’s wise to ask our Heavenly Father about it. Tzefania Pappas has not only done that, but he and his wife, Reyyna, have been walking out the counsel they have received from the Lord to do their part in healing this breach. In this special podcast, Tzefania shares a word he recently received about Ephraim’s attitudes and actions toward our Jewish brethren, which can be described as detached, distant, out of place, and aloof.

    There is hope, of course. As Tzefania explains, the God of Israel has a plan to heal this breach and fulfill his promises – and he calls on all of us to do our part!
