Does redemption happen all at once, or is it a process? And is there anything we can do to help that process along?

Hanoch Young would tell you that it is a process, and there are some things we should do as this process moves forward. That’s why he has just completed his twenty-eighth speaking trip to the United States since 2013, and why he ascends the Har Habayit – the Temple Mount – every week to pray at the site of God’s House of Prayer for all nations.

In this interview, Hanoch tells us about his most recent US tour, his perceptions of conditions for Jews in America, world-changing developments in Israel, and what is happening with the long-awaited reconciliation between the House of Judah and House of Joseph.

There’s good reason to connect with Hanoch! He’s a highly skilled Israeli tour guide who provides unique and unforgettable visits to Israel, particularly the Temple Mount. He will also be coming back to the US on another speaking tour very soon! Our Creator promises several times in scripture that He will dwell with His people. That is an amazing promise, but have we pondered what it means? How do we live in the presence of God, and how do we act with others in His presence? These thoughts inspire this conversation with David Jones and Barry Phillips.

Could the modern Jewish State of Israel have been born without the Hebrew language? Maybe, but what language would the Jews from many nations who returned to their homeland have chosen if not Hebrew? That’s why Eliezer Ben Yehuda labored for forty years to resurrect Hebrew as a modern language. Ben Yehuda lived to see Hebrew established as the language of what was then called British Mandatory Palestine in 1922. Today, Jewish people and their allies around the world continue to be blessed by the fruit of his Zionist vision.

The vision of Ben Yehuda is what inspires Michail Bantseev with a similar vision for the returning House of Joseph. He and his wife Melanie started learning Hebrew soon after they were married, and now are raising their children to know the language of their fathers, both those of Judah and those of the scattered tribes of Joseph.

This scope of this vision extends far beyond the Bantseev family. That is why Michail has been teaching Hebrew for several years, and now offers classes for everyone from beginners to advanced students desiring to study the Bible in the original language, and to become conversant in the language of Israel. In this conversation, Michail and Melanie share their story and explain how they came into this calling as teachers of Hebrew.
