  • Chasing the Light: Lipstick Runs, Faith, and Finding God on the Run
    Nov 22 2025

This one’s a mix of sweat, lipstick, laughter, and a little bit of holy realization. 😅 I just finished a run—still catching my breath—and felt pulled to hit record right then and there.

In this episode, I share what lipstick runs are (yes, they’re a thing!) and why they’ve become one of my favorite reminders that running—and life—can be equal parts grit and grace.

I also get real about how talking about Jesus still feels new and a little uncomfortable for me. Just a few months ago, I thought faith talk was cliché. But somewhere along the miles, I realized that what I thought was “chasing sunshine and endorphins” was really me chasing the light of God—and I didn’t even know it.

Now, running has become my prayer time. It’s where I feel peace, guidance, and connection. And as I share more about how my program and platform are shifting, I know this new direction isn’t something I’m doing alone—and I couldn’t be more excited.

If you’ve ever felt that quiet pull toward something more, or you just need a reminder that you’re never running alone, this one’s for you.

  • Persistence: The Secret to Growth, Gratitude, and Grace
    Nov 15 2025

This episode is all about persistence — in running, in positivity, and in prayer. It’s taken straight from one of my live coaching sessions where we talked about what it really means to stay consistent when life gets busy, messy, and unpredictable.

We’ll talk about gentle consistency over intensity (because showing up imperfectly still counts), the power of persistent positivity (because if you’re moving, breathing, and not sick in a hospital bed — you already have something to be grateful for), and the kind of persistence that changes everything: prayer.

I share my simple “beginner’s hack” for praying — the one that helped me connect with the Holy Spirit when I didn’t know where to start. It’s the same practice that’s now woven into my running, my mornings, and my peace.

We’re also just two weeks away from Wicked Weekend, our final weekend of October — and I’m giving some updates about how things will be changing in Tina Repa Running after that.

This season of change is one of faith, movement, and meaning — and I’m so grateful you’re here for it.

Jesus is moving through this message, and maybe, just maybe… it’s exactly what you needed to hear today.

✨ Listen now and let’s talk persistence — in running, in life, and in faith.

  • Breaking Through the Resistance
    Oct 18 2025

Let’s be honest—resistance shows up for all of us. Sometimes it’s not having your workout days planned. Sometimes it’s your clothes being buried in the laundry pile. And sometimes… it’s the people around you encouraging you to “just rest” instead of chasing your goals.

In this episode, we dig into what’s really holding you back during the week and how small tweaks—like setting boundaries, preparing ahead, and protecting your time—can completely change your momentum.

Growth doesn’t come from comfort. The truth is, discomfort is where the magic happens. Every time you choose to push through resistance instead of giving in, you’re building strength—not just in your body, but in your mindset.

So let’s stop avoiding uncomfortable moments and start embracing them. That’s where we grow. 💪

  • Craving Growth Over Comfort
    Oct 4 2025

Life is busy—no wonder it feels so hard to stick to a workout routine. But here’s the truth: three solid days a week is something to be proud of. Because the real goal isn’t comfort. Deep down, we crave growth, challenge, and even a little discomfort—it’s what reminds us we’re alive.

In this episode, I share how my own journey is shifting—both in Tina Repa Running and in my faith. Jesus isn’t just a coping strategy; He’s the foundation of a whole new way of living, one that’s available when the time is right for you.

I talk about why rebranding is necessary, why sharing my spiritual walk matters, and how my weekend walks of prayer have become something I crave all week long.

This isn’t just about running. It’s about building a life that stretches us, challenges us, and moves us closer to who we’re meant to be.

  • Pray, Give, Ask, Do: Four Keys to Running Your Happy Life
    Sep 27 2025

In this episode of Run Your Happy Life, Tina shares four simple but powerful truths that can change the way you run—and the way you live:

Praying on a run isn’t just movement—it’s one of the most powerful forms of meditation, and Tina’s favorite way to pray.

Each of us has been given gifts, and we have an obligation to use them to lift others up.

When you need direction or guidance, don’t overcomplicate it—just look up and ask in the most basic, honest way.

Stop waiting until you’re “ready.” Do the thing anyway. Don’t spend your life planning for perfection—start, restart, fail, and try again.

Whether you’re on the run, in your car, or curled up with a cup of coffee, this episode will inspire you to lace up with faith, courage, and confidence in the journey you’re on.

  • Light in the Midst of Darkness
    Sep 12 2025

This episode is one I didn’t expect—or honestly want—to record, but my heart wouldn’t let me stay silent. In light of the recent tragedy involving Charlie Kirk, I’m sharing my raw and unfiltered thoughts on what it means to wrestle with anger, grief, and the pull of darkness. When something horrific happens, it’s easy to let fury or a thirst for revenge take the wheel. But we have to stop and ask: who’s driving that ship? Is it the enemy looking for a foothold, or is it God leading us toward His light?

This is not an easy conversation, but it’s a necessary one. I’ll talk about how prayer has been my anchor in the storm, keeping the darkness at bay, and why deep reflection is so important when we feel consumed by heavy emotions. My hope is that together we can learn to pause, pray, and let God—not the devil—guide our next steps.

  • Chasing the Light: When Movement Meets Spirit
    Sep 9 2025

Big changes are coming to this space—and I feel called to share them with you. Over the next few months, our community and message will be expanding to include a spiritual component, rooted in the idea that movement isn’t just about running or walking—it’s about connecting with God.

In this episode, I talk about why I believe starting is a celebration, why restarting is a superpower, and how showing up “perfectly imperfect” is not just enough, but powerful. Together, we’ll reflect on how giving more than we take allows us to rise by lifting others—and how all of this ties into the theme of chasing the light.

I’m not here to preach or guilt or shame. I’m here to invite you into what I’m experiencing, because I believe someone needs to hear this. I’ll also share a story about a friend who came to me wanting to learn to run—not to hit a distance goal, but to love herself again.

This is the beginning of a rebrand, a new direction, and an open invitation: to move your body, connect with your spirit, and let God meet you right where you are—even if that means starting as an absolute beginner.

  • The Happy Life Part - 5 - Facing Fear in the Church
    Sep 1 2025

I didn’t plan on recording another episode about Jesus… but here we are.

In this episode, I share Mike’s recent experience in church—a moment that stirred up old fears of judgment and rejection from others. It reminded both of us how easy it is to carry those wounds, and how hard it can be to step fully into faith when you’re afraid of not being accepted.

But I also believe this: God puts us in these moments for a reason. They test us, they stretch us, and they give us the chance to grow into something stronger than before.

If you’ve ever felt like faith was complicated—or that walking into a church came with more fear than comfort—I want you to know you’re not alone. These conversations aren’t planned, but they’re happening because someone out there needs to hear them.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to keep moving through it.
