Today I had the honor of talking with Eugene Trufkin the author of Anti Factory Farming Shopping Guide and fitness coach alike. During this episode we talk about a lot of things related to the modern way of farming produce and meats a like. We discuss why you cant just read "Organic" or any other "healthy" labels on food to see if it good. We talk about the different ways factory farming of both meat and produce affects our health compared to mat for example that was raised with space, eating the diet they are meant to eat.
