Poetreats is a multisensory mindfulness experience  that invites listeners to connect more deeply with themselves, each other, and the world around them—through poetry.

Each episode contains an invitation to mindfulness, a poem, and a brief interview with a feature emerging poet.  While Poetreats episodes can be enjoyed on their own, they're actually designed to be consumed together with a handcrafted Poetreats cookie—a treat for the senses and the spirit.

      Through an intimate interview, Savinay reflects on coercion, consent, and the quiet resistance of art in the face of systemic exclusion. This episode is both a personal offering and a communal call to slow down, witness deeply, and connect through language.
