I think today we just talked about being grown ups, it's a lot of work. 

Today we got to do the show with my 9 month old in the room she was surprisingly good and its was a great conversation.  Its great how we show up to do the show with no topic or material whatsoever, hit record and it just happens. 

Its been a while since we recorded an episode and it was really cool to be back talking about our recovery and the things we are learning. 

"Hey it's your buddy Randy!!"  Great conversation about sobriety today with a long time friend.  

A lot of bars close at 2:00 in the morning, but that's not why I was up that late.  Either way I did this podcast on about 4 hours of sleep and it was just what I needed.
