À propos de ce contenu audio

Welcome to Peaceful Chaotic Bliss, a guide on how to thrive in parenthood! Let's face it, being a parent is one of the toughest jobs on the planet. Often times we feel like we are in survival mode just waiting to catch a break. Over the last few years, I have learned how to thrive all while navigating the waters of teenagers. I never knew it could be possible. But through this journey of unbecoming what I thought it was to be a parent, I became exactly not only what my kids needed from me as a mom, but what I needed and it has transformed myself and my relationship with my teens. Come join me as we find peace in the chaos of parenthood, and bliss in the journey.© 2022 Peaceful Chaotic Bliss Parentalité Relations

    • One Thing You Can Do For Yourself to Show Almost Instant Improvement In Your Life
      Jun 27 2022

Last week's episode had a major "AHA" moment for me which helped me heal the last part of this week's theme. So far it seems this season's episodes are giving me some major "AHA's" that I haven't fully uncovered until speaking out about them which is quite interesting. Today's episode was no exception. Listen in and see if you can relate, especially if you tend to be a people pleaser. :)

Well, I did NOT see this one coming! It's amazing to me as I've been on this journey of working on myself that different "aha" moments I have had. Some of them are so big they knock me on my bum, others are more like "huh, well that's interesting." I did not expect to have this one come through today whatsoever.

Let me know your thoughts over on my IG account here. I'd love to hear if any of this resonated with you!

    • Confessions of Parenthood
      Jun 13 2022

In today's episode, I confess two things that I have always been afraid to say out loud until recently about parenthood. I've always felt that it was "taboo" or that it would make me an awful parent for saying the things that I actually think. However, I know I am not the only person out there that has felt this way. This may become an ongoing conversation I continue to have on so many more aspects of parenthood, but for now we'll start with just some baby step confessions.
