  • Not Done Yet (finding bliss after retirement)
    Feb 26 2026

In the ponds of Cape Cod, there's a group of women over 65 living in their bliss. They call themselves the Old Ladies Against Underwater Garbage and their mission is simple: clean up the trash from their local ponds, enjoy nature, and build sisterhood. What began as Susan Baur's mission to help the turtles in her neighborhood waters has grown into a movement of retirees who refuse to sit still.

Marcy Johnson came looking for community after the loss of her husband and her own battle with cancer. Sarah Spengler was searching for a renewed sense of passion after years of working multiple jobs and facing the question of what retirement would mean for her.

What they found was more than a volunteer project — they found friendship, healing, purpose, and a powerful new vision for what aging can look like.

This episode is about second, third, and fourth acts — both in and out of the water.

  • Everywhere You Go, There You Are (literally)
    Aug 29 2025

Lauren Sawyer is a community builder and marketing pro who values authenticity above all. She shares her incredible journey from adoption, how losing her brother deepened her faith rather than destroyed it, and how she found her tribe after years of fruitless friendships. Lauren and I have known each other for 10 years, and throughout that time she has never compromised her values - especially after breaking free from her people-pleasing days ahem like calling out a CEO during a job interview.. This is a raw and honest conversation about faith, family, loss, knowing your worth and finding your people in the chaos of life.
