      A big part of working at Shadwell involved the racing Arabs.  A totally different breed in all aspects from the Thoroughbred. I really enjoyed working with the Arabs and I learnt a lot about horse psychology and training from my time with them. In fact I went to work with them again later in my career.
      Part of working at Snarehill meant the odd trip to Melton, we used to refer to this as being exiled as you only got sent there when Denis didn't want to see you and/or you'd been naughty. In some ways though it was great!

      In this episode I go into some of the delightful horses that I worked with at Shadwell, this gives you a good idea of what working in rehab was like. It was nothing like working in Racing, a lot of the horses were frustrated and and huge!
      There were some nice ones and some that I met again further on in my career.
