À propos de ce contenu audio

Notes From Above The Line is a project of the Leadership Fellows Certificate Program (LFCP) at Montana State University. LFCP provides undergraduate students a chance to learn and practice a full range of personal and professional leadership skills, and apply them to earn a leadership certificate alongside their degree. This podcast is part of the assignment work for two LFCP classes, and provides a creative alternative to a college paper.Copyright 2023 The Systems Zoo LLC Développement personnel Economie Réussite personnelle

In this episode, the students work through speaking candidly, and how that relates to vulnerability. In accessing that vulnerable side, students grow in their self-awareness, which in turn forms the bedrock of a conscious leadership practice.
