Growing up I didnt have a whole lot of quality teachings from my family members except my grandfather. In this episode I want to discuss the areas that I feel are most important to teach our children so they do not go down the same path of destruction we do.  The Hard and long lessons I learned as a Child and now as an Adult that I will pass to my kids so that they have a better shot at succeeding. Habits and Patterns we as ex-offenders need to be conscious of and what we do not need to let our kids see and know.

A while back I was sitting in a jail cell getting served an indictment for a life sentence for charges I did not commit. At that point the only thing left was to get on my knees and pray to a God I knew nothing about. I yelled and cursed him and said if you dont speak to me right this moment then I dont ever want to hear the name God Ever again. It was that moment that he boomed into existence and spoke a line that I will never forget. ALL i ASKED OF YOU WAS TO GO OUT AND TELL YOUR STORY TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN REACH. I WILL TAKE CARE OF ALL THE REST. God Said. So I by the grace of him got my bond low enough to post it and went on this mission to change my life. I help prisoners who are being released with hope encouragement and a mobile application in development to assist inmates by giving them the next steps for employment , housing and other programs.
