I'm entirely blunt in person, so it's time to stay true to my nature in that aspect.
I bluntly discuss my thoughts and a little experience on the importance of controlling your own narrative, not allowing others to interfere and, most especially, not allowing their voices to enter your head for the sake of their manipulation and control!
It's easy for some of us to get lost in the words directed at us, but we must identify and decipher their truest intent. Are they coming at us with love and care? For the sake of our betterment? Or with toxicity? For the sake of control and other nefarious reasons, that give them the pleasure in having the ability to get into our heads for evil entertainment.
Some may not like what I have to say, but its my narrative, and I don't give a damn😤
