      This can look completely different for everyone, you can create in the kitchen, make bread, use craft supplies, make play dough with your kids, pottery, knitting, gardening or painting. Whatever feels right for you!

      You can actually lower your anxiety levels by tapping into your imagination and creative side. You don't have to "be creative" to create something...
