Arthur's old mate Alex has been beaten up and ended up in hospital, so naturally Arthur sees an opportunity - and Terry finds himself looking after an antiques shop. But things aren't quite what they seem. Alex's wife Gloria is involved, the shop's other owner Jim raises Terry's suspicions, and before long Terry is convinced there's something decidedly fishy going on.

In this episode of Minder: On The Slate, Andy, Mark and Pete head into Series Two for a story packed with dodgy dealings, mistaken assumptions, antiques, Arthur's latest wheezes and one of Terry's more memorable investigations.
