• 78Feeling Stuck in Life? How to Move Forward When You're Unhappy and Everything Feels Uncertain
    Oct 28 2026

Ever feel stuck in life, unhappy with certain parts of it, and completely unsure how to move forward?

Maybe you're questioning your relationships, dealing with rejection, struggling with self-doubt, or wondering why the life you're working so hard to build still feels so far away.

And the worst part? You KNOW you're capable of more. You just can't seem to figure out what comes next.

In this deeply personal episode of Mind Your Mama, I'm sharing what it's like to navigate uncertainty, relationship struggles, unexpected loss, and the fear of making the wrong decisions—all while trying to create a life I actually want to live.

No perfectly packaged advice. No pretending I've figured everything out.

Just an honest conversation about feeling stuck, wanting change, and what happens when life isn't going the way you planned.

Because sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing you want more.

It's figuring out what the hell to do next.

  • 77. Familiar Doesn’t Mean Healthy: Relationship Patterns, Old Wounds & Self-Trust
    Oct 23 2026

Why do certain relationship dynamics feel so familiar—even when they hurt? In this episode, we’re talking relationship patterns, old wounds, self-trust, unhealthy relationships, and why familiarity does NOT mean you chose or caused someone else’s harmful behavior.

I’m getting vulnerable about some of what I’ve been noticing in my own marriage, and how certain feelings can keep showing up in completely different relationships and situations.

    Not because you’re broken.

Not because you “haven’t healed enough.”

And not because someone else’s harmful behavior is somehow your fault.

But sometimes familiar can feel normal long before we ever stop to ask whether it’s actually good for us.

This episode is about recognizing what feels familiar, trusting what you’re noticing, and asking a much harder question:

Knowing what I know now… what do I choose next?

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking, Why does this feel so familiar? — this one’s for you.

Topics: relationship patterns, old wounds, self-trust, unhealthy relationships, boundaries, people pleasing, emotional healing, identity, personal growth.

  • 76. You Didn’t Lose Yourself. You Stopped Listening to Yourself
    Oct 21 2026

Have you ever had someone ask you what you want… and realized you genuinely don’t know?

    Not what your kids need.

Not what needs to get done.

Not what everybody else expects from you.

    What do you want?

In this episode of Mind Your Mama, I’m talking about a realization I had in the middle of an extremely normal day—while juggling the house, the kids, appointments, dinner and all the other shit constantly running through my brain.

    And suddenly I thought:

Where am I in all of this?

Because maybe losing yourself doesn’t happen in one dramatic moment.

Maybe it happens slowly, when you become so used to thinking about everyone and everything around you that you stop checking in with yourself at all.

This isn’t another episode telling you to “put yourself first” or abandon your responsibilities in the name of self-care.

    It’s about something much simpler:

What if you just stopped leaving yourself out?

We’re talking about identity loss, burnout, motherhood, self-abandonment, resentment, learning to hear your own needs again, and why not knowing what you want doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve lost who you are.

I’ll also give you one simple question you can start asking yourself today that may change the way you make decisions:

    Am I considering myself here?

And I’m sharing more about The Comeback to YOU, the 7-day audio experience I’m currently creating for women who are ready to reconnect with who they are now and start figuring out what they actually want again.

If you’ve been thinking, I don’t even know who I am anymore, this episode is for you.

You may not need to find yourself.

You may just need to start listening again.

In this episode: losing yourself in motherhood, identity loss, mom burnout, self-abandonment, self-worth, reconnecting with yourself, finding yourself again, overwhelmed moms, knowing what you want, women’s identity, personal growth, motherhood and identity, people pleasing, emotional burnout, self-trust.

  • 75. Who Told You That About Yourself? Breaking Limiting Beliefs, Self-Doubt & Negative Self-Talk
    Oct 14 2026

What if the things you believe about yourself… aren’t actually true?

What if “I’m not smart enough,” “I’m too much,” “I’m lazy,” “I’m not capable,” or “I’m just not good at this” aren’t facts at all?

What if they’re stories you picked up somewhere along the way and repeated so many times that they started to feel like your identity?

In this episode of Mind Your Mama, I sit down with Emily Erb from the Stop It Podcast for one of those conversations that starts with limiting beliefs and somehow ends up touching damn near everything: confidence, self-worth, motherhood, perfectionism, procrastination, people pleasing, childhood conditioning, negative self-talk, and the stories we carry into adulthood without even realizing it.

We talk about where these beliefs come from, why knowing better doesn’t always mean believing better, and what happens when you finally start questioning the voice in your head that keeps telling you who you are allowed to be.

Because at some point, you have to ask:

Who told me this was true about me?

    And maybe more importantly…

Why am I still letting it run my life?

This is not a quick “just think positive” conversation.

It’s honest, funny, uncomfortable, personal, and the kind of episode that may have you catching yourself halfway through thinking, Oh shit… I do that too.

And by the end, we get into something I think most women forget far too often:

You already have an unbelievable amount of evidence that you can do hard things.

Maybe it’s time to start believing the evidence.

Listen to the full episode wherever you get your podcasts.

In this episode: limiting beliefs, self-doubt, negative self-talk, self-worth, confidence, motherhood identity, perfectionism, people pleasing, childhood conditioning, mindset, overcoming self-doubt, personal growth, subconscious beliefs, and breaking old patterns.

  • 74. I Became a Mom Before I Knew Who I Was: Dr. Chiquita Mack on Losing Yourself & Finding Your Way Back
    Oct 7 2026

What happens when motherhood comes before you’ve even had the chance to figure out who you are?

In this episode of Mind Your Mama, I sit down with Dr. Chiquita Mack for a conversation about motherhood, identity, depression, marriage, ambition, and the parts of becoming a mom that women are often expected to quietly carry.

Chiquita shares pieces of her journey from becoming a young mother while chasing huge dreams to eventually realizing she had completely lost herself somewhere along the way.

But this isn’t a polished “look how successful everything became” story.

We talk about the lonely parts. The resentment. The invisible load. The moments when you’re technically functioning but know something inside of you isn’t okay. And what can happen when you finally stop pretending you’re fine and start listening to yourself.

If you’ve ever looked at your life and thought, “I love my family… but where the hell did I go?” this conversation is for you.

    We get into:

    • Losing your identity inside motherhood
    • Maternal mental health and depression
    • The invisible mental load women carry
    • Marriage, resentment, and asking for help
    • Why motherhood can uncover things you thought you already healed
    • Learning to hear yourself again
    • Building a life that includes the woman underneath all the roles

And yes, we also talk about the messy, unpretty, occasionally poop-filled reality of raising kids because apparently no motherhood conversation is complete without it.

Listen now and come hang out with us.

  • 73. Shared Responsibility Is Foreplay: Sex, Motherhood & Feeling Hot Again
    Sep 30 2026

I have spent way too much of my life asking, “Do I look sexy?” instead of asking the much better question:

    “Do I actually FEEL sexy?”

Because apparently having three kids, boobs that have been through a breast reduction and then motherhood, a stomach with its own personality, and being touched by children approximately 47,000 times a day will really make you rethink some shit.

So we’re talking about sex. Really talking about it.

The body image spiral. Feeling touched out. Watching yourself during sex instead of actually enjoying it. Why shared responsibility is basically foreplay now. Why emotional safety does NOT mean boring sex. And why your partner cannot reconnect you to a body you’ve completely disconnected from yourself.

Also: one-sided sex? We’re grown. Absolutely not.

Maybe you don’t need to “get your old body back.”

Maybe you need to figure out who the hell this version of you is now — what she wants, what turns her on, what shuts her down, and what makes her feel hot as fuck.

    Because your body changed.

    Your desires might have too.

And neither one means something is wrong with you.

    Your body is still yours.

    Your pleasure is still yours.

And yes, you can have really fucking good sex in the body you have right now.

  • 72. Vomit, Dog Sh*t & a Mindset Shift: When Life Tests Your Momentum
    Sep 25 2026

I went from “I’m stepping into my purpose” to literally stepping in dog shit and cleaning up vomit in a matter of hours.

Very humbling. Very on brand for motherhood.

This mini episode is about what happens when life immediately tests the version of you who just decided she’s ready for more.

Do you let one shitty night become proof that everything is off track?

Or do you decide, “Nope. I’m still going.”

Because real change does not require perfect conditions.

And yes — sometimes shit is just shit.

    Literally.

  • 71. Who Told You Who You Had to Be? How Childhood Shapes Your Identity, People-Pleasing & Self-Worth
    Sep 23 2026

What if some of the things you call your “personality” are actually patterns you learned to survive, belong, or be accepted?

In this episode, Lauren gets personal about growing up feeling like she had to prove she was smart, capable, and worthy—and how those old stories can quietly follow us into adulthood.

This is a conversation about identity, people-pleasing, self-worth, ambition, childhood conditioning, and the roles we learn to play just to feel like we belong.

The question isn’t only, “Who am I?”

    It’s:

Who told me who I had to be?

And what parts of that story am I finally ready to question?

    YES YOU ARE.
