    If you’ve been told to cut carbs, cut sugar, eat less, and work out more to fix your PCOS fertility… this episode is for you. After seeing an IVF doctor’s reel recommending carb elimination for PCOS, I had a lot to say because cutting carbs is not a sustainable or effective PCOS fertility strategy. PCOS is a lifelong metabolic disorder, not a willpower or weight-loss problem.
