During the board and train, it used to be that a lot of trainers advised that the owner not see the dog while the dog is at camp. We find it to be a very important training opportunity to have the owner work with the dog at a midway lesson. Not only do we get to transfer the commands over to the owner but see what kind of habits the dog associates with the owner and nip them in the bud. Happy to be taking a break from talking about the property and talk dog!
