Welcome to the first episode of Tin Man Jack! On this episode, you will get a brief introduction to the show and my own personal story. After suffering a widowmaker heart attack the day after I turned 37, it took me a long while to recover physically, but more so mentally.
It is my aim to introduce people with stories of life altering events that derailed their lives. They too struggled to get back to a place of happiness and normalcy but did just that. You can get your life back, and this series will show you how others like me, have struggled and ultimately found happiness.
