Enjoy this week's minisode deep dive into the history and clever design of Walt's Apartment on Main Street in Disneyland. Built just above the Fire Station on Main Street, Walt's apartment was a functional space for him to reside in during the construction of Disneyland. At just around 500 square feet, this apartment was full of clever designs and magic touches, to make the space feel more spacious and have the comforts Walt and his family needed when they visited. What was a functional space is now a memorial, with the light lit in the window representing Walt's spirit, eternally present in the park.

Opening with a private event in July of 1999, the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith launched into success and was an instant fan favorite! Join us this week as we deep dive this personal favorite and say farewell to its legendary pre-show as we close out 2025. The first roller coaster in Walt Disney World Orlando to include inversions, this ride delivers with an initial force of 5Gs during the launch sequence into an incredible track, timed perfectly with songs from Aerosmith. We discuss the ride's history, mechanics, Aerosmith's involvement and what has been announced for the new pre-show and theme.

This holiday overlay is filled with magic touches, from hundreds of thousands of lights on the exterior, to each individual doll having it's own holiday accessory and incorporating musical instruments from different countries playing carols along with the original song, this ride is a holiday must!

Starting in Little Rock Arkansas, and showcased by Disney at DisneyWorld Hollywood Studios from 1995-2016, the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights is a sparkling little gem of Disney history. Listen in to this week's holiday themed minisode to learn about the inspiration behind this amazing light display, the altercation with neighbors, which lead to involvement of the Supreme Court and ultimately ended the Osborne family initial display, until Disney stepped in!

Join us for this week's holiday minisode as we get ready for the holidays by deep diving into the Grand Floridian Gingerbread House in Orlando, Florida! A feat of edible engineering, it stands at 14 feet tall, is made from 10,000 pieces of gingerbread and 700lbs of chocolate. Not only is it a marvel to see, it functions as small retail shop and you can purchase a delectable gingerbread shingle onsite!
