À propos de ce contenu audio

https://linktr.ee/MamaDramaTrauma Mama Drama Trauma (MDT) is a condition in which empaths live in a state of constant emotional dysregulation as a result of having the mother wound. MDT Academy is a short cut course for empaths to reduce trigger recovery time by releasing using the Mama Drama Trauma Healing Oracle Deck. This grievous process is facilitated by 1)learning to live in loving detachment from mama, drama and the trauma 2)through daily practice of the divinity identity mantra: "I AM a dearly loved divine child of the Great Mother Father God who is never judged, condemned or left alone," who has the birthright to be healthy, happy and whole. MDT Academy teaches a spiritual method that addresses the unchallenged and unexamined maternal shame, blame and guilt at the root of this spiritual crisis and planetary disorder. If you have MDT, it is likely your mother has her own mother wound and as soulmates you are co-evolving in self love and spiritual independence. (Paid subscribers receive detailed, in-depth instructional content in order to become MDT Informed therapists, inner work life coaches, empaths, etc.)

    • Ma'at Unmuted on Mood Modulation
      Sep 7 2025

Rage about not getting the love we need is real, but remember anger doesn’t hurt others, it hurts ourselves.

Triggered about not having your needs met? May sound far fetched but the pain could be signaling Great Mother’s call home within yourself. Because many of us have been mothers many times, including of our own mother, She says, “It is time for a change.”

What if the need is not a thing or a person, but to not be so easily depleted by others? What if the need is not an imagined peace but to see our everyday needs as our birthright, calmly, gracefully and in the heart space to internally attracting them to us?

      MDT Academy Then and Now

Mama Drama Trauma Academy 2.0 is all about trigger release. Initial years 2022-2024, we scaled the walls of MDT in our first phase all about where we’ve been. Recognizing the depths of the wounding and how to heal it was grounded in the Mama Drama Trauma Healing Oracle Deck which helps us lovingly recognize the depth and our divinity. Before we can fully reclaim it, Great Mother, through her 12 Daughters (whose true identity we are only beginning to discover in relationship to us and MDT), have so much to teach us about our birth right lineage as mother wound empaths.

As we proceed into this new season, we reconnect with them to learn more about who we are, where we have been and may be headed collectively. We began with our Dogon mother, Amma and Kemet mother, Isis’ core ancestral matriarchal rage in The Mother’s Roar: Rage as a Sign of Forgotten Radiance.

Thanks for reading MDT Academy Newsletter! This post is public so feel free to share it.

Today, we continue with Ma'at urging us to end the silent suffering of high sensitivity and surrender to our own enchantment…to hold our own vessel.

The ancient Egyptian goddess is associated with scales of truth, justice, balance, and cosmic order, Ma'at, is often depicted as a woman with an ostrich feather on her head, and sometimes with wings, but not typically as a "black mother goddess" embodying balance was the guiding principle for all of humanity.

Her unique mother goddess role as death doula for rebirth, gives her the central role in the Hall of Judgment where the deceased's heart is weighed on a scale against Ma'at's feather. A heart lighter than the feather allows the soul to enter the afterlife, while a heavier heart is devoured by the monster Amut.

    • The Mother’s Roar: Rage as a Sign of Forgotten Radiance
      Aug 31 2025

As we continue with our 2.0 MDTA Series on trigger management, we delve deeply into the wound of rage, its radiance and why it is time to release our resistance and flow with it.

Resilience is the ability to bounce back, get back up, the capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties. To that end, this dialogue between Great Mother of the Waters, Mami Wata, herself speaks to a priestess-medium, myself or maybe you...

“The Voice of Mami Wata: On Rage and Radiance”

      Priestess:

Great Mother of Waters, we call upon you. We come trembling, carrying the wounds of daughters, mothers, and mothers’ mothers. Teach us: how do we hold your rage and radiance without drowning in it?

      Mami Wata:

Child of earth and water, look into my mirror.

What you fear as rage is not madness — it is the surge of my tide.

What you call radiance is not decoration — it is the gleam of my scales.

Both are mine. Both are yours.

      Priestess:

But Mother, when your waves rise too high, we are shattered. We call it trauma. We call it abandonment.

      Mami Wata:

      Yes.

When my waters are ignored, when my currents are dammed, when men and women alike pretend I am tame — I break through.

I drown fields, I pull ships under.

Not to destroy for pleasure, but to demand respect.

      Rage is radiance denied.

      Priestess:

So your rage is not against us, but against forgetting?

      Mami Wata:

      Against forgetting, yes.

Against lies that paint the mother as ever-gentle, when creation itself is fierce.

Against silence, when your bones remember my roar.

I am beauty and danger, womb and wave, caress and flood.

      Priestess:

How then shall we honor you, that your rage becomes blessing, your radiance becomes guidance?

      Mami Wata:

Bring me offerings: not only shells and rum, but honesty.

Say aloud your anger. Do not hide it in the child’s heart.

Dance it, sing it, wash it in my waters.

Then let it settle into still pools, where the moon shows you your reflection.

      Priestess:

And for those who carry Mama Drama Trauma — the sting of mothers’ rage without their radiance?

      Mami Wata:

Teach them my law: Rage is holy when it guards life. Radiance is holy when it gives life. Both must dance together.

When rage becomes curse, it is because radiance was silenced.

When radiance blinds, it is because rage was buried.

Restore the dance, and the wound will soften.

      Priestess:

Great Mother of Waters, what last word do you leave us with?

      Mami Wata:

Child, I am not far. I flow in your blood, I shine in your tears.

When you rage, rage as ocean — not as poison.

When you radiate, radiate as sun on water — not as fire without vessel.

Call me, and I will show you the tide that heals.

    • They Birthed Us Anyway
      Aug 24 2025

The tests, trials and tribulations of motherhood and childhood under patriarchy is seeded in womb envy, the envy men may feel towards a woman's role in nurturing and sustaining life.

Coined by Karen Horney, German psychoanalyst and early Freudian "apprentice" whose theories diverged significantly from Freud's, particularly concerning female psychology and the origins of neuroses. Freud argued that little girls suffer an inferiority complex for not having a penis. This theory became a bedrock of patriarchal psychology, reinforcing the idea that male anatomy (and by extension, male power) was the universal norm.

Freud did not address history — he projected a cultural bias into human development.

This is “science” under patriarchy. Today, we enter “spirituality” under matriarchy, the era when empaths, both male and female, ruled.
