    • Healing Your Gut With Tia Maher | Ep 12
      Jul 17 2023

"So many people don't realize having a healthy poop and releasing toxins out of your body is your ticket to health." Tia Maher

In this episode, I talk to Tia, a gut health coach, who decided to quit her high-stress corporate job a couple of years back and started to focus on healing multiple health issues that no doctors around the world were able to help her with.

Once she figured out the way, she decided to share it with the world and help other people who encounter the same struggles.

Tia talks about how chronic health issues can come from trauma and constant high stress, what to do when doctors don't recognize your issues as valid, how and why you should get your poop tested, and how can you ship it across the world, how alcohol and processed food affect your body, and much more.
