Dave Cudrak is a busy guy! He balances a full-time job, part-time solo acoustic gigs as a New Jersey-based singer/songwriter, hosting his podcast "The Music Scene with Dave Cudrak", fatherhood, and still finds quality time to spend with his girlfriend. After hearing his story, it’s clear that good things truly do come to those who wait. A lifelong lover of music and playing his guitar since he was a little guy, he is now, at 52, living a life that in the past did not seem possible. He is a prime example of it’s never too late and to follow your dreams!

I recently sat down with my long-time friend and fellow creative, Zach Carr, to hear his story. It’s powerful listening to a young artist open up about discovering who they are. Zach started with simple doodles, moved into rapping and graphic design, and now he’s fully embraced his artistry—crafting physical pieces across multiple mediums and building merchandise for his brand, What Lies Beneath.

Even with a full-time job, he still shows up at events as a vendor, consistently sharing and selling the work he loves. That kind of passion is truly inspiring.
