 I may not be able to tell you how to be the best mother. But I can tell you all the challenges I've faced so far in motherhood and how I've learned to adapt and love this new, more chaotic lifestyle. Because I didn't love it. I struggled and still struggle with postpartum anxiety and depression. Motherhood has turned my whole world upside down and I'm not going to pretend that it's not way harder than I expected! But nothing has pushed me more to be the best version of myself.
