In this episode, I’m challenging one of the oldest love clichés: the idea that love should be blind.
I don’t believe that.
In fact, I believe the opposite.
Love — real, honest, soul-deep love — should see everything. It should see the shadows, the patterns, the imperfections, the neurodivergence, the grief, the healing, the awkward, the divine. Love should witness us in our wholeness… not just the curated, easy-to-hold parts.
I share my thoughts on why being fully seen is one of the greatest acts of love — in partnership, in friendship, in community, and in how we love ourselves.
This episode is both a reflection and a reclamation.
Because I don’t want love that turns away. I want love that stays.
That looks directly at what’s hard to hold, and says:
“I see you. I’m still here.”
