Tonight on Love Notes LIVE, we explored the idea that pleasure is not something that must be earned.

This episode focused on receiving instead of proving, enjoying instead of justifying, and allowing beauty, joy, and desire to enter our lives without guilt or explanation.

We talked about how many of us were taught to delay pleasure until after the work was finished, the responsibilities were handled, and everyone else was taken care of. Yet life has a way of reminding us that pleasure is not a reward waiting at the finish line.

Instead of asking whether attraction should be followed, we explored what attraction might be trying to teach us.

This episode focused on the idea that attraction is information. It can reveal desires, values, wounds, possibilities, unmet needs, and parts of ourselves that are ready to grow.

We talked about curiosity, emotional awareness, soul connections, and how attraction can become a doorway to deeper self-understanding.
