Through raw, heartfelt conversations, this podcast explores the strength found in exposing our true selves, sharing struggles, fears, and breakthroughs. Whether it’s discussing personal growth, facing adversity, or redefining resilience, Let's Get Naked dives into the power of vulnerability to connect us, inspire us, and remind us that we're never alone in our journeys.

This podcast dives deep into real, raw topics—think vulnerability, triggers, and childhood trauma. But just so we're super clear: I’m not a licensed therapist, mental health professional, or anything close. I’m just a human sharing stories, lessons, and life hacks based on personal experience and a whole lot of curiosity.

So, while you might find some golden nuggets here, this is not therapy and should never replace professional mental health care. If you or someone you love is going through it, please—seriously—reach out to a licensed therapist or healthcare provider. You deserve the real deal.

    • How to recognize the body’s signals and stop overriding your intuition
    • Why numbing seems to work—until it doesn’t—and how to feel safely
    • The difference between consent and compliance and why it matters
    • Practical ways to lead hard, age-appropriate conversations with kids
    • How social media and screen time shape young brains and self-worth
    • Why running toward discomfort accelerates healing and self-trust
    • How inner child work helps reframe guilt and reclaim your voice

If you’re ready to heal at full volume—and model that courage for the people you love—this episode will meet you where you are and invite you to take the next brave step.

  • Fuck You: Peer Pressure
    Jun 15 2026

Anne Karber addresses the baffling reality of why so many adults in their 40s and 50s are still trapped in high school social dynamics. We explore the toxic culture of gossip, mean girl behavior, and the blatant peer pressure that often surrounds social drinking and lifestyle choices. Anne breaks down a recent experience at a bar that highlighted how adult insecurity drives people to shame those making better life decisions. It's time to stop performing for the 'cool kids' and start curating a life that actually supports your growth and well-being. Stop letting others pull you back into the cesspool of mediocrity and start leveling up today.

  • The Invisible Weight Sabotaging Your Life with Cameron Karber
    Jun 11 2026

In this Let’s Get Naked episode, Anne Karber and Cameron Karber dive into the “invisible weight” of unprocessed trauma and how it silently hijacks your reactions, relationships, and energy. From the iPhone “85 apps open” analogy to using dread and frustration as signals, they chart a practical path to getting back to baseline. You’ll hear how the mirror concept and radical accountability reshape communication, why listening to understand beats listening to defend, and how politics/media can become a numbing addiction with real opportunity costs. The duo also explores environment design via the lab-rat “cage” story and closes with a raw campsite rattlesnake vignette on doing hard things.

    What You'll Learn:

    • How to spot invisible weight in your life and what it’s costing you
    • Simple tells: dread, frustration, and the “apps running in the background” analogy
    • The mirror concept in relationships and the power of radical accountability
    • How to shift from defending to understanding and reset your communication
    • Why politics/media can function like numbing—and how to reclaim your focus
    • Environment and behavior: changing the “cage” to change the choice
    • Practical tools: windshield time, journaling, breath work, sound healing

Ready to stop numbing and start living lighter? Take one step today to set something down—and tell us what changed. #LetsGetNakedPodcast #InvisibleWeight #RadicalAccountability #ListenToUnderstand #PersonalGrowth
