      Richard Scrivener is one of the coolest guys, the best movers (seriously check out his Instagram -www.instagram.com/rich_scrivener) and one seriously knowledgable health professional/movement and nutrition coach.


      He is also THE Animal Flow Master Instructor and one Mike Fitch's original team who over the last 8 years has brought the movement system to eager participants all across the world - me being one of them.


      I trained as an Animal Flow Instructor with Richard about 5 years ago now and its the toughest system I have learned and taught. But it does incredible things to your body. It's also so much fun and EVERY sports team should be doing it as part of their core training for injury prevention.

She is founder of Inkvine, an international growth partner for award-winning technology firms such as Artomatix, Nutritics and Nova Leah. While leading Corporate Partnerships with UNICEF Ireland, she managed strategic campaigns with Total Produce, IKEA, Aer Lingus and P&G. She has written for Image Magazine and the Gloss, and lectured for LIT, CMI, the Irish Marketing Institute and Irish Times Training. In 2017 she co-founded SportsTech Ireland (a not-for-profit organisation) to help position Ireland as a leading destination for sports innovation and investment, and mentors female entrepreneurs through Trinity’s Launchbox program. She holds multiple qualifications in Marketing, PR and Analytics, and has been an advisory board member for SXSW for the past two years. In her spare time, she coaches women’s rowing. She is a regular speaker on technology, entrepreneurship and communications.
