 This podcast was born out of a desire to see others succeed. This is a desire of mine, which is becoming a passion. Everyone knows the adage "Experience is the best teacher," but John Maxwell said it best when he correctly said, "Evaluated experience is the best teacher."

Many assume that if you're a leader, you simply have a gift of leadership, and that is true for some. But leadership principles and practices can be learned. So, let's examine the principles and practices of what makes a successful leader, and learn together how we can be a successful leader in our own realm of influence.
