Mark has now moved on to another role outside NLSA but is still involved in the Canada Games as a volunteer coach. In this episode, Mark discusses how he joined the NLSA, the five-year plan of getting the Canada Games to St. John's, and how the association has been preparing both the players and coaches. Marshall talks about the impacts a good showing in these games can have on the association and its programs and the expectations of the players and coaches involved.
