今回は、一年を24の季節に分ける「二十四節気」のお話です。それぞれの季節の名前を紹介しながら、ぶどうの香りや空、風など、身近な自然から感じる季節の小さな変化について話します。

In this episode, I talk about Japan’s 24 solar terms, a traditional way of dividing the year into 24 seasonal periods. I introduce their names and share the subtle changes I notice in everyday life—from the scent of grapes to the sky and the breeze.

這一集聊聊將一年分成24個時節的「二十四節氣」。除了介紹各個節氣的名稱，也分享我如何從葡萄的香氣、天空和微風等身邊的自然景象中，感受季節的細微變化。

🌸 春
立春（りっしゅん）雨水（うすい）啓蟄（けいちつ）春分（しゅんぶん）清明（せいめい）穀雨（こくう）

🌿 夏
立夏（りっか）小満（しょうまん）芒種（ぼうしゅ）夏至（げし）小暑（しょうしょ）大暑（たいしょ）

🍁 秋
立秋（りっしゅう）処暑（しょしょ）白露（はくろ）秋分（しゅうぶん）寒露（かんろ）霜降（そうこう）

日本語教師の研修に参加するため、東京へ行きました。AIと一緒に計画を立てましたが、雨の中で道に迷ったり、思いがけない坂道を歩いたり……。実際に行ってみてわかったことをお話しします。

I went to Tokyo for a Japanese-language teaching workshop. Although I planned the trip with AI, I got lost in the rain and encountered an unexpected uphill road.

我為了參加日語教師培訓去了東京。雖然事先和AI一起做了計畫，卻在雨中迷路，還遇到了意想不到的上坡路。
