Let’s Feel It — with Mrs Peony It’s Time to Feel It

This is not another feel-good, bypassing meditation. This is the space where we stop running, stop performing, stop pretending… and finally allow ourselves to feel what’s been looping inside us for far too long.

In this 50-minute immersive journey, I guide you through:

• Deep nervous system regulation — settling your body so feeling becomes safe, grounded and held. • Entering your inner sanctuary — a place within you that feels warm, beautiful, familiar and entirely yours. • Inviting the unfelt emotion — the one that’s been trying to get your attention, resurfacing again and again because it’s ready to be acknowledged. • Facing and feeling — not through force, but through presence, compassion and truth. • Humming integration — using vibration to soothe, release and complete the emotional cycle.

This is a raw, honest, no-mask space. If you’re ready to meet yourself without the armour, without the pretending, without the performance — you’re in the right place.

Before you begin: • Get comfortable and make sure you’re uninterrupted. • Have a blanket, journal and pen nearby. • Give yourself permission to pause, take breaks and return to this work gently.
