  • Finding Depth in Simplicity – with Lin & Annabelle
    Dec 29 2025

What happens when you step into a group not knowing what to expect — and end up feeling more seen than you have in years?

In this episode, I’m joined by Lin and Annabelle — two women who joined The Liberation Journey, and found unexpected depth, truth, and intimacy.

    We talk about:

    - the power of slowing down

    - how connection builds through presence, not pressure

    - what safety really means in a group setting

    - and why this kind of space brings out something real that’s hard to find elsewhere.

This one is soft, surprising, and full of the kind of honesty that doesn't shout, but hums quietly through the body.

If you’ve ever longed to feel more yourself around others — have a listen.

  • Feeling Myself Among Others — Justyna’s Story
    Dec 6 2025

What if safety isn’t about being alone in nature, but about feeling yourself even among others?

In this episode, Justyna shares her experience of The Liberation Journey — finding a deep sense of joy, pleasure, and ease while surrounded by people.

We talk about what it means to:

    • stay connected to yourself while in a group
    • feel your impact and importance among others
    • experience safety and pleasure through subtle touch and shared aliveness
    • and bring that awareness into everyday life — not just the workshop space.

Justyna’s story is full of tender courage, rebellion, and intuitive truth.

She speaks about following her body’s yes, trusting her intuition over logic, and experimenting with honesty and intimacy — both inside and outside the workshop field.

If you’ve ever longed to feel more yourself in connection, this one will touch you deeply.

  • Getting Comfortable with the Yes – with Kris
    Nov 3 2025

Kris said he wasn’t even in chapter one yet — still writing the prologue. He hadn’t had a sexual relationship before joining the Liberation Journey. Intimacy felt scary. But something in him still said yes.

This conversation is about what that opened in him — and what it didn’t. It’s not about “finally arriving” or having it all figured out. It’s about the quiet, ongoing work of letting yourself want more, even when it feels too late or too far away.

We speak about fear, loneliness, longing, and what happens when you dare to be seen just a little bit more than before. About the tension between protecting yourself and saying Yes to life.

At its core, this is an episode about readiness — and how sometimes, you’re never truly ready, but you show up anyway.

  • Beyond We vs. Them: Staying Curious in a Polarized World
    Aug 29 2025

In a world addicted to sides, speed, and certainty, what happens when we slow down and get intimate with the discomfort instead?

In this episode, I explore how we-versus-them dynamics — from COVID debates to political leaders, from war to gender and identity — mirror the same parts of ourselves we often reject. With a trauma-informed, body-led lens, I invite you to move beyond dehumanization and into deeper presence, where complexity and curiosity can coexist.

This isn’t about agreeing. It’s about staying human.

It’s about feeling your feet on the ground when the world feels divided.

It’s about relating — even when it’s hard.

If you’ve ever longed for a culture that chooses connection over polarization, and presence over performance — this one’s for you.

    Inside this episode:

    - How we internalize ‘us vs. them’ thinking — and how to interrupt it

    - Why nervous system awareness matters in political and relational conflict

    - What embodiment has to do with culture change

    - How to hold nuance without collapsing into silence or blame

    - A call to stay relational — even in disagreement

Let this episode be a breath. A reckoning. A return.

  • Not Just Pleasure - Minne on Ethical Sxx Work
    Sep 27 2025

What if healing could be playful?

What if we stopped whispering about sexuality and started talking — honestly — about power, pleasure, and shame?

In this episode, I sit down with Minne Marlo — coach, educator, and founder of 'MeerDanSeks' — for a deep and disarming conversation about conscious sex work, power dynamics, and how we meet our most intimate edges with care.

This is a conversation full of nuance and depth, where we explore the world of intentional play: where taboo can become a doorway to healing, and where fantasy isn’t just entertainment, but often a reflection of something real, tender, or long-hidden.

This episode isn’t here to promote anything — it’s here to challenge your assumptions and open a few doors.

To perspectives, to permission, and to the idea that intimacy and care can be part of real, structured support.

  • The Rejection Loop: What’s Really Going On (and How to Step Out)
    Aug 1 2025

You keep showing up. You want to connect. But somehow, it keeps happening: you’re the one left out.

Not chosen. Not seen. Not touched.

    Again.

In this solo episode, I dive into one of the hardest patterns I witness in group spaces — and know personally: the rejection loop. A painful cycle that has nothing to do with how attractive, interesting, or "good" you are — and everything to do with what your body has learned to expect.

If you've ever told yourself _“maybe I’m just not lovable”_ — or shaped your whole way of being around _trying not to be rejected_ — this one's for you.

    We'll talk about:

    - What rejection has to do with shame and survival fear

    - How trauma, attachment, and the nervous system silently broadcast your past

    - The many sneaky ways the rejection loop expresses itself (you’ll likely recognize yourself)

    - And: what to do if you’re tired of trying to be “enough” just to be included

I’m sharing this not just as someone who’s studied this for years — but as someone who’s lived it. There’s a way through. And it doesn’t start with fixing your appearance, your energy, or your social skills.

It starts with no longer believing that being rejected means there’s something wrong with you.

Listen in. Let's befriend it. Let’s untangle the loop — together.

    • What makes casual sex not so casual

    • How to learn from how people react to you
