  • Episode 4: Where Growth Meets Rest: Becoming Without Burning Out
    Jan 27 2026

Hey mama, If you’ve ever worried that choosing rest will make you fall behind or if choosing growth means you’re setting yourself up for burnout, you’re not alone. I’m really glad you’re here.

Do you ever feel like you want to move forward… but you’re already tired? Like part of you wants to stretch, learn, and become more, while another part of you is craving margin, quiet, and a chance to breathe?

What if it’s not an either/or? What if growth and rest were never meant to compete, but to carry each other?

In this episode, I’m sitting down with my friend and doodle coach, Michelle Keil, for an honest, grounding conversation about how growth and self-care can actually exist together even in full, demanding seasons of life.

We talk about the difference between performance-driven growth and becoming-focused growth, why self-care doesn’t have to be one more thing on your to-do list, and how slowing down might actually be the fastest way forward.

This episode is part of the I’ve Got You Mama podcast - a show for moms and women who want to care for their whole self, live with intention, and find joy without pressure or burnout.

This conversation is for women (especially moms) who still want to grow but don’t want to lose themselves in the process. My hope is that you walk away feeling encouraged, steadied, and reminded that you don’t have to choose between rest and forward movement.
