After a three-year break from the mic, I’m back.

In this first episode of my revamped podcast I share why I stepped away from a clearly defined identity in the personal development space and what unfolded when I stopped trying to choose between psychology, somatic work, and spirituality.

We explore what is spirituality, what it means to integrate it into everyday life instead of running off to the jungle or joining cults and the role it plays in the crazy world we are living in today.
