À propos de ce contenu audio
This collection of sources examines the integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in informal language learning, specifically focusing on English as a Foreign Language (EFL). Several chapters explore the potential of mobile-assisted language learning (MALL) and social media platforms for language acquisition outside of formal educational settings. The texts investigate learners' perceptions, usage patterns, and the effectiveness of various digital tools and resources for developing different language skills. Additionally, the role of self-regulated learning and pre-service teachers' experiences with technology in language learning are considered. Challenges in assessing informal learning outcomes and the need to formalize effective CALL (Computer-Assisted Language Learning) practices are also discussed. Ultimately, the sources highlight the evolving landscape of language learning in the digital age and offer insights for educators and curriculum designers.
