In this episode, I share my thoughts on the importance of not being paralyzed by fear in the face of a challenging housing market, and some practical tips on how to approach an inflationary market with caution and still make a return on your investment.
You hear much in the media these days about the housing crisis and how inflation only makes things worse. While that is partly true, history and my personal experience tell me things aren't as doom and gloom as the media would have us believe.
In fact, historically during a recessionary period rates for housing tend to drop thus reducing some barriers to purchasing a new home and making it possible to refinance the real estate you already own.
