    Hi Honey! There's a special space in my heart for a particular Spotify playlist.

    It was the first thing I'd have piping through my living room or earbuds whenever the day started. It's a mix of quiet music and relevant podcast episodes thrown in the mix.

    It has this way of allowing the listener to sit with being alone with themselves (through music), and gently coaxing them into realising that they ultimately are not alone in the journey of life (through gentle voices of podcasts). There's that duality in it that sits well with me -- both quiet/solitude and community all in the same place. Link to the playlist below <3
