Life is sooooo much more than the individual hero and heroine's journey... it's the journey of remembrance. Dreaming can help us shift out of the “myth of separation” towards a lived sense of interconnection with the whole web of life, spanning time and space. Which is, I believe, THE task of modern human beings at this time. The future of the planet just might even depend on it.

Most modern dreamwork approaches focus on dreams as aspects of the self and individual healing. But individuality is just the tip of the iceberg of dreaming's deeper reweaving power. Here we explore how we can and do dream from what I call "circles of kinship" —family, community, land, ancestral systems, Mother Earth herself. Dreaming is always trying to help us become more helpful, awake, creative and moving towards systemic coherence.

We also explore...

• how to orient our dreamweaving practice in service to all life.
• the power of holding clear intention and dedication.
• how our personal values act as a filter for interpreting the infinite possible meanings of dreams.
• the caution of ego inflation or deflation in our interpretation
• ... and more!

This episode (and entire podcast) is offered with a prayer to benefit All, All, All of Creation. All of Life, all of whom are our relatives. Blessed Be.

Humanity is standing in the threshold; that space in an initiation or rite of passage that is betwixt and between. The threshold time in a process of transformation is precisely the juncture when the self, as she has known herself to be, has shed her old skin, but does not yet know what form her new skin will take.

Standing in this place betwixt is, in every sense of the word, unknown. The sacrifice of an initiation is that we do not know who or what will emerge from the other side. We don't even know, in a very literal sense, if we will emerge at all. What does an individual or a community or a nation or a planet do at such a juncture?

We pull from new sources of wisdom, power and inspiration.

We dream.

Dreams provide the building blocks that architect our way out and through the keyhole of rebirth.

Let's dream our way through the threshold, together.
