‘Help Me, I’m Grieving’ is a series of short conversations between a Children’s Bereavement Support Specialist and someone who has experienced childhood bereavement. Each episode discusses different aspects of grief, loss and bereavement and how to support a child who is grieving. Each conversation involves a discussion around dying and different causes of death, including suicide.
There are three versions of each episode, aimed at different audiences. You can find out which version you are listening to via the episode title and by listening to the introduction. Each episode has a version for children, teenagers and young adults and parents and carers.
