      Jun 2 2025

When I first opened up about my experience with ketamine-assisted therapy, I wasn’t sure how it would be received, but the response was overwhelming. So many of you reached out, curious, hopeful, and ready to heal. In this episode, I sit down with my dear friend, Molly Thankful, founder of Arizona Wellness and an integrative health practitioner who has changed my life. We talk about trauma, healing, neuroplasticity, and the sacred power of ketamine therapy when done safely and intentionally. This is personal. It’s raw. And if you’ve been silently struggling, I hope this gives you a new way forward.

Curious about ketamine-assisted therapy? I’m hosting a private women’s retreat with Molly and her medical team in Arizona, June 26-29—a safe space to reconnect, release, and rewire.
