    Chantel interviewed Michelle about her healthy eating habits and weight management approach.

    Michelle shared that she doesn't count calories and listens to her body's hunger cues, typically eating protein-rich foods like eggs and Core Power protein shakes to meet her 60-gram daily protein goal. She practices mindful eating by chewing food 20-30 times and taking 30-minute meals, often distracted by reading or watching TV.

    Michelle avoids emotional eating and snacks only occasionally with combinations like apple, peanut butter, and honey. She stays active with daily walks and home workouts, including using a treadmill at her desk during work hours. Michelle emphasized the importance of hormone balance and not depriving herself, while maintaining a mindful approach to portion control by eating only half of what's served.

    Most people believe that in order to be healthy, they have to control everything… count every calorie, restrict certain foods, and constantly feel like they’re on a diet.

    In this episode, I sit down with Michelle—someone who is naturally lean, full of energy, and has a healthy relationship with food… and she doesn’t count calories at all.
