Nearly three weeks ago my beloved girl, Laurel went to her forever sleep. This episode was meant to be about navigating my grief following her death, however it turned into a bit of Laurel's life story, what lead to us losing her and how my grief feels since.
It's a vulnerable episode and if you're not feeling emotionally safe right now, maybe come back and listen another time.
My hope is that if anyone else is going through this right now, it will help them feel less alone. It was also a bit of a therapy session for me.
