Alright, in the spirit of "done is better than perfect" we have part 1 of what's going to have to be a series on how Christianity shapes and defines some basic assumptions and beliefs in Western/White culture. This is NOT a condemnation of Christians or Christianity and we are relying more on how Christianity is taught rather than what's explicitly in the Bible - which means that yes, there are some contradictions. Heyo! So today, I'm talking about ghosts, horror movies, and how the New Age/Spiritual/Pagan community treats those things. Inspired by a meme I saw that has since been deleted so I can't actually refer back to it. As always, there is rambling and absurdity and some tangents, specifically about ancestor veneration (a word that, as it turns out, I haven't said out loud).
