 This is my series DEI Today, and I'm discussing Equity VS Equality in the workplace. I address the fundamental differences between workplace equity and workplace equality, and what companies can do to ensure their underprivileged and POC employees are positioned to offer their insights, skills, and experiences to any team. About DEI Today is a bi-monthly podcast where Dr. K. Edwin Bryant and his guests delve into the racial issues boiling over in the US today. Dr. Bryant has the patience and linguistic capacity to filter controversial viewpoints between polarized communities. K. Edwin Bryant is a notable scholar, public theologian, professor, author, and corporate strategist with a passion to advocate for underrepresented communities.
