Dr. JD also known as Edward Juan Lynum has launched his new video blog called How to Win a Murder Trial:Against All Odds - Criminal Trial Strategies & Techniques. His first episode one begins with his commentary about the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) as compared to the bar exam law students take in most states after completing law school. In this first episode, Lynum also shares why he's opposed to diploma privilege and why it's bad for the legal profession.
