Are women less committed than men? This has been a question in my mind over the last year, and as convoluted and grey as the answer is, it is worth exploring.

In this episode, I share my evolving relationship to commitment, the trends I see in the commitments (or lack thereof) of the men and women in my life, and share my take on what it takes to live in true freedom, which is counter to what many of us believe to be true.

Who am I beyond the Friendly Frequencies brand? What is life like beyond craving? Can I really sit with myself without my phone, laptop, sugar, coffee, salt, spices? Lets see.

Before arriving in Peru, I spent four months living out of my car in Tasmania. That time cracked me open. It showed me how disconnected I’d become from nature in favor of building my business.

Realizing my disconnection with nature in favour of working on my brand hit me hard. I shifted things immediately, incorporating weekly tech detoxes into my life and taking a step back from social media.

Now, I begin my month-long tech detox as I sit in between the mountains of Peru. Perfect timing, as I am also gearing up for my first journey with Ayahuasca. For the first time, I’m fully detaching from all forms of addiction and returning to the source. BRB!

Micha is one of the wisest souls I have had the pleasure of welcoming on the podcast and welcoming into my life (and female Avengers team). This woman is another client-turned-bestie and has become an integral part of Women of the World.
