 Frank and Cathal's paths crossed back in 2019 at an event run by Forum Strategy. Cathal has an extensive career in school leadership, much of it in the Special Phase. When he was leading and offering support to other senior leaders he became aware of the importance of engagement with key stakeholders and how consistency in the approach was important. During our chat, he explained how this led to him considering how best to support schools embarking on change and how to create confidence amongst, pupils, parents/carers and staff in the process. He has developed a Wellbeing Quality Mark and offers this to schools. He's always keeping an eye on schools/trusts wanting to engage.
