  • GOD IS NEAR
    Feb 23 2026

God is always so close to His beloved — yes, you.

    Scripture says in Psalms 34:18,

“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”

    Not near to the perfect.

    Not near to the strongest.

    Near to the broken.

On Exquisite’s Podcast, let me tell you something gently: your breaking point is not your abandonment point. It is often your meeting point with God.

We sometimes think God shows up when we have it all together — when our faith is loud, when our worship is strong, when our life looks put-together. But this scripture reveals a different side of Him. He draws close to the cracked places. He leans into the tears. He sits with the ache.

Brokenhearted doesn’t just mean heartbreak from love. It means disappointment. Delay. Failure. Silent prayers. Feeling misunderstood. Feeling tired of being strong.

And “crushed in spirit”? That’s when you’re smiling outside but heavy inside.

The beautiful thing is this: God doesn’t run from fragile people. He stays. He saves. He strengthens quietly.

So if you feel low, don’t interpret it as distance. He is near. Closer than your breath. Closer than your fear.

You are not alone in your breaking. You are deeply held in it.

This is Exquisite, reminding you — your weakness does not repel Him. It attracts His nearness. 💛

  • STRENGTH IS MADE PERFECT IN WEAKNESS - 2 Corinthians 12:9 explained
    Feb 15 2026

I asked for strength, but I got weaker.

I prayed, but I didn’t get an answer.

I thought He didn’t… but He did.

    He heard me.

    He answered me.

Even before I got weak, He had already strengthened me.

    But how?

Why then was I still weak?

    This episode explains.

Maybe the strength I was asking for didn’t look like power. Maybe it didn’t look like loud victories or instant solutions. Maybe it looked like endurance. Maybe it looked like choosing to get up when I wanted to stay down. Maybe it looked like peace in the middle of pressure.

In 2 Corinthians 12:9, God says, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” That means weakness wasn’t the absence of His answer. It was the environment for His power.

Sometimes we think strength means the storm disappears. But what if strength means you don’t? What if strength is the ability to stay rooted when everything around you is shaking?

I was still weak because He wasn’t removing the weight — He was building the muscle. He wasn’t stopping the battle — He was teaching my hands to war. He wasn’t silencing the noise — He was tuning my ears to His voice.

And sometimes, the answer to your prayer isn’t a changed situation. It’s a changed you.

This episode is for the one who feels tired.

For the one who prayed and is still waiting.

For the one who feels like heaven is silent.

    He heard you.

    He is working.

And your weakness is not proof of His absence — it may just be proof that His strength is being formed in you.

    Let’s talk about it.
